Q: Do you board dogs overnight?

A. We do not. We are a daycare only model. Upon request we can give you a list of pet sitters and other boarding facilities that we recommend!

Q. What are the requirement for my dog to attend?

A. For Daycare they need to be 6+ months old, up to date on Bordatella, Distemper/Parvo and Rabies vaccines. For Puppy Camp they need be 3+ months old and up to date on their puppy shots.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located on South Congress between Ben White and Stassney. We’re across the street from Jurassic Car Wash and behind The Git Out. We are in the back of the business park. You have to drive around and we are the stand alone grey building in the back.

Q. Are there set pick up and drop off times?

A. NO! We believe in flexibility! After you pass your intial evaluation day you are free to come whenever you’d like during normal operating hours. If you are here for 5 hours or less you will be charged a half day rate and if you’re here for over 5 hours you will be charged for a full day!

Q. What happens if I book and then can’t come in?

A. Life happens. We do NOT have any cancellation fees. If you book and you can’t come in, please just cancel in Gingr otherwise our team will remove you from our reservation board and you will NOT be charged for that day.

Q. Can I come in for a tour?

A. Yes you can! We always love to chat with potential clients. We do run a small and busy team so we ask that whenever possible please book a tour ahead of time. We are available for tours from 11:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. If you do drop by without booking there is a very good chance someone will not be around to show you around but we will do the best we can! You can book a tour here!
