IT’S TIME TO VISIT!

We can’t wait for you to experience the Work and Woof difference! Here’s a mini checklist for you:

Note: Evaluations are REQUIRED for Daycare and Coworking Pups and Parents. They are NOT required for our Weekend Indoor Play Zone!

How does it work? So glad you asked! We keep your dog for a minimum of FIVE hours, you do NOT stay with your pup during this time. We evaluate them and then you can either pick them up at the 5 hour mark OR check in with us to see if it’s okay to leave them longer!
Are your pups vaccines records all up to date? If so, make sure you have proof! As long as we can look at your forms or your phone, we are good to go! We ask for Rabies, DHPP (distemper/parvo) and Bordatella (kennel cough) — we HIGHLY encourage Lepto and the Canine Influenza in addition to flea/tick treatment! We can call your vet however if we cannot reach your vet, you will not be allowed in. We can NOT call Banfield or Thrive at this time!
The appointments go in 15 minute increments between 7am-8am. That 15 minutes is just your drop off time, it is NOT the entirety of your evaluation.
PLEASE arrive by 8:00am as that is the last evaluation slot! If you are running late, please give us a call! If we do not hear from you we will have to reschedule you!
For the safety of all dogs and the best chance of success for your dogs first day, we never take dogs later than 8am or on Fridays and Saturdays.
What are we looking for during an evaluation? We are looking to see how your pup does with us, how they do with the other dogs and how well they enjoy their time with us! We look for other behaviors like fence aggression, resource guarding, breed or size reactivity etc.
It’s important to note that we expect a bit of separation anxiety and other first day behaviors, in order to ensure the highest rate of success possible during your first day, please be as honest as you can be on your intake forms! - Team Work and Woof
